RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us first for the return address within 30 days (please do not return it to the sender's address on the package), and we will refund to your original payment account after we receive the return package in about three to ten business days. Also if it is over 30 days after the delivery or you return it without any piror notification, we are sorry that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Helpful Hint:
1.The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace( uncut ), original curl pattern( undispersed ), and still, have the original package & gifts attached.
2.The return shipping fee is afforded by the buyer, We advise you use USPS for your return. Customized hair (Including wigs & bundles, Like customized color or wig size cap) can not be returned or exchanged.
3.If the returning is due to buyer’s problems (Such as don’t like/want, order wrong product/size ), we will remove $20 from your refund as a loss of freight and handling fee, and you must contact us for returning within one month of receiving.
4.The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once the package was shipped out, we can't cancel or modify order information any more. Also, Pls do not refuse packages. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The unauthorized rejection /return is not allowed at the time of delivery, and the cost of unauthorized rejection/return will be paid by the buyer.
How to Refund or Exchange:
1. Step 1:
Please contact our customer service representatives within 30 days after you receive it.

Please indicate your order number & the reason you want to exchange or return your hair, also please attach the pictures of the wig and the package you received.
2. Step 2:
After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you the Return & Exchange address.
3.Step 3:
Please ship the hair back to the address we provide you and include the order number. We DO NOT accept the return packages without our Return Authorization. And please email us the return tracking number after you ship the hair back. We will start the process of refund or exchange when we receive the return package.
Cancellation:
You can cancel your order within 2 hours by our customer service email ( jessieswig@gmail.com) . For more than 2 hours, we can’t make sure if it can be cancelled successfully.
If you want to change your order before the shipping, you can contact us by email; Once your order has been shipped out, we will not be able to change/cancel it.
